DESCRIPTION:Topics of discussion: Advance Directives, Medical Power of Attorney and Out of Hospital DNR.\n\nThe Facilitator offers assistance in completing paperwork as needed and general education regarding each document and the importance of preparation.\nALL HTMG patients and their families are encouraged to attend.\nClasses are offered every month at different clinics rotating between Alamo Heights, Blanco, Wurzbach, Helotes, Holy Cross and Val Verde.
